Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, vendor relationships, and organizational development, while deputizing for the CTO with executives and external partners. Drive trading platform consolidation, shared data capabilities, and execution of cybersecurity and regulatory commitments across the company’s divisions. Requires substantial leadership experience running global engineering organizations across multiple business lines, with a track record in platform consolidation, shared infrastructure, and scaling or integrating teams. Candidates should bring expertise in low-latency trading and digital asset infrastructure, regulatory execution, executive communication, and experience as a senior operational partner to a CTO or technical founder; Rust familiarity is a strong plus.
