Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, vendor relationships, and organizational development, while deputizing for the CTO with executives and external partners. Drive trading-platform consolidation and shared data capabilities, and oversee practical execution of cybersecurity and regulatory commitments across divisions. The role calls for extensive executive-level engineering leadership across global, multi-division organizations, including experience with platform consolidation, shared infrastructure, and M&A integration. Candidates should bring substantial trading or digital-asset infrastructure experience, regulatory execution expertise, strong technical judgment, and the ability to partner closely with a CTO or technical founder.
