Chief Revenue Officer, Crypto - Dubai

About the role

Own the strategy and roadmap for the crypto custody ecosystem, including revenue and pricing across product verticals such as lending, staking, cards, trading, and private-client services. Lead marketing, commercial, partnerships, and product-revenue teams while building partnerships, the platform, and international expansion, and serve as an Executive Director and Board member. Requires 10+ years of senior commercial leadership, including at least five years in crypto, and a verifiable record of building a multi-product regulated crypto platform. Candidates should have deep knowledge of custody and related crypto products, UK and Middle Eastern regulatory environments, a clean record, and Board-level credibility.
