Order Room Trading Support, Assistant Vice President

About the role

Support day-to-day order and trade operations across equities, listed options, futures, and crypto, including order routing, broker review, exception resolution, and market access risk controls. Analyze execution and operational activity, maintain audit-ready procedures, and partner with control, technology, product, and service teams to improve governance and workflows. Requires at least five years of financial services experience, preferably in brokerage, trading, securities operations, or a related market-facing role, with knowledge of relevant asset classes and broker-dealer obligations. Series 7 and Series 63 are required, Series 57 is a plus, and candidates should bring strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills.
