About the role
The CTO will build and scale BPN's network infrastructure, focusing on multi-currency ledgers, payment orchestration, and treasury engines. They are responsible for ensuring institutional-grade reliability, financial controls, and leading a high-caliber engineering organization. Candidates need 10+ years of experience building financial technology with a deep understanding of the end-to-end movement of money. Experience in emerging markets is highly valued, while stablecoin or blockchain knowledge is useful but not mandatory.
