Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, budgets, talent development, vendor relationships, and M&A integrations, while deputizing for the CTO with executives and external partners. Drive trading-platform consolidation, shared data capabilities, and practical execution of cybersecurity and regulatory commitments across divisions. Candidates should have substantial experience leading global engineering organizations across multiple business lines, with expertise in low-latency distributed systems, algorithmic trading, and digital assets; Rust familiarity is a plus. They should also have a record of platform consolidation, regulatory execution, organizational scaling and M&A integration, and experience serving as an operational deputy to a CTO or technical founder.
