Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, budgets, talent development, vendor relationships, and M&A integrations. Drive trading platform consolidation, shared data capabilities, and execution of cybersecurity and regulatory commitments, while deputizing for the CTO with executives and external partners. Requires substantial experience leading global engineering organizations across multiple business lines, with a track record in low-latency trading systems, digital assets, platform consolidation, and shared infrastructure. Candidates should have experience in regulated environments, scaling teams and integrating acquisitions, and serving as a senior operational partner to a CTO or technical founder; Rust familiarity is a strong plus.
