About the role

Drive the growth, profitability, and strategic development of the Equity and Crypto Derivatives business across the wealth management franchise, including originating and advising on structured investment solutions. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, stakeholder collaboration, governance, digital transformation, and product education. Requires 5–7 years of Equity and Crypto Derivatives sales experience in Global Markets or Private Banking, with extensive knowledge of derivatives, structured products, and the product lifecycle. Candidates should demonstrate commercial results, strong analytical and communication skills, stakeholder leadership, and experience with digital transformation and process improvement.
