Order Room Trading Support, Assistant Vice President

About the role

Support day-to-day order handling, routing, broker review, trade inquiries, and risk controls across equities, listed options, futures, and crypto. Review execution quality and operational risk, maintain audit-ready procedures and documentation, and partner across business and control teams to resolve issues and improve workflows. Requires at least five years of financial services experience, ideally in brokerage, trading, trade support, securities operations, or market structure, along with knowledge of relevant markets and broker-dealer obligations. Series 7 and Series 63 are required, Series 57 is a plus, and candidates should bring strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills.
