Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, talent development, and regulatory execution. Drive trading-platform consolidation and shared data capabilities while deputizing for the CTO with executives, the Board, and external partners. The role calls for extensive senior engineering leadership experience across global, multi-division organizations, including low-latency trading or digital-asset infrastructure and large-scale platform consolidation. Candidates should have experience with regulated environments, security and compliance execution, M&A integration, and serving as an operational deputy to a CTO or technical founder; Rust familiarity is a plus.
