About the role

Develop digital asset partnership strategies with business lines, assess market developments, and recommend products and partnerships that support Chase's strategy and customer needs. Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to evaluate, negotiate, and execute partnerships and acquisitions, including developing proposals, financial cases, and product terms. Requires a bachelor's degree, at least six years of crypto, blockchain, or digital assets experience focused on financial services, and at least six years of strategy, partnership, or deal execution experience. Candidates should bring strong analytical and financial modeling skills, cross-functional project management experience, effective senior-stakeholder communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; consumer banking experience is preferred.
