Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, delivery cadence, budgets, and organizational development while deputizing for the CTO with executives, the Board, and external partners. Drive trading-platform consolidation, shared data capabilities, cybersecurity and regulatory execution, and engineering integrations across divisions. The role calls for substantial experience leading global engineering organizations across multiple business lines, including low-latency trading or digital-asset infrastructure, platform consolidation, and shared data functions. Candidates should have executive-level operational leadership experience, regulatory execution expertise, strong technical judgment and communication skills, and experience scaling teams and integrating acquisitions; Rust is a strong plus.
