About the role

Own the exchange growth function, personally secure anchor introducing broker relationships, and equip country managers to activate their markets. Run structured acquisition pilots, use data to validate or replace the IB-led spot and perpetuals channel hypothesis, and translate customer and partner feedback into product and commercial recommendations for the CEO. Candidates should have personally built or activated an IB or partner network and have experience closing anchor relationships and running structured acquisition pilots with clear stopping rules. They should understand centralized exchange mechanics and be able to turn partner and customer feedback into actionable product input while driving growth in a senior leadership role.
