Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, vendor relationships, and divisional leadership. Drive trading platform consolidation, shared data governance, cybersecurity and regulatory execution, and engineering integrations following acquisitions. Requires substantial experience leading global engineering organizations across multiple business lines, with expertise in low-latency distributed systems, algorithmic trading, and digital asset infrastructure. Candidates should have a record of platform consolidation, regulatory execution in compliance-driven environments, organizational scaling and M&A integration, and serving as an operational deputy to a CTO or technical founder.
