Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, vendor relationships, and organizational development, while deputizing for the CTO with executives and external partners. Drive trading platform consolidation, shared data capabilities, and execution of cybersecurity and regulatory commitments across the company’s divisions. The role calls for extensive senior engineering leadership experience across global, multi-division organizations, including low-latency trading or digital asset infrastructure and large-scale platform consolidation. Candidates should have experience with regulated environments, engineering operations, M&A integration, and serving as an operational deputy to a CTO or technical founder; Rust familiarity is a strong plus.
