Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, talent development, and regulatory execution, while deputizing for the CTO with executives and external partners. Drive trading platform consolidation and shared data governance across divisions, and oversee security controls, vendor relationships, and engineering integrations following acquisitions. Candidates should have substantial experience leading global engineering across multiple business lines, with expertise in low-latency distributed systems, algorithmic trading, and digital asset infrastructure; Rust familiarity is a plus. They should also have a track record in platform consolidation, regulated environments, engineering operations, M&A integration, and serving as a senior operational partner to a CTO or technical founder.
