Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, talent development, and executive reporting. Drive trading platform consolidation and shared data capabilities while executing cybersecurity and regulatory commitments across divisions. Requires substantial experience leading global engineering organizations across multiple business lines, with expertise in low-latency distributed systems, algorithmic trading, and digital asset infrastructure. Candidates should have a record of platform consolidation, regulatory execution, M&A integration, and serving as a senior operational partner to a CTO or technical founder; Rust familiarity is a strong plus.
