Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, OKRs, budgets, talent development, and vendor relationships, while deputizing for the CTO with executives and external partners. Drive trading-platform consolidation, shared data capabilities, and execution of cybersecurity and regulatory commitments across the company’s divisions. The role calls for extensive senior engineering leadership experience, including operating global, multi-division teams and delivering large-scale platform consolidations in trading, crypto, or digital-asset infrastructure. Candidates should bring strong operational and executive communication skills, regulatory execution experience, and a track record of scaling teams and integrating acquisitions; Rust familiarity is a plus.
