Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, delivery cadence, budgets, and organizational development while deputizing for the CTO with executives, the Board, and external partners. Drive trading-platform consolidation, shared data capabilities, cybersecurity and regulatory execution, and engineering integrations across divisions. Candidates should have substantial experience leading global engineering organizations across multiple business lines, with expertise in low-latency distributed systems, algorithmic trading, and digital-asset infrastructure; Rust familiarity is a plus. They should also have a record of platform consolidation, regulatory execution, M&A integration, and serving as a senior operational deputy to a CTO or technical founder.
