Chief Operating Officer (Crypto)

About the role

Lead Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support, and strategic initiatives while improving organizational structures, ownership, KPIs, and team performance. Partner with Product and Engineering to scale processes, improve automation and customer experience, develop operational leaders, and deliver measurable business results. Requires senior operations leadership experience in a blockchain-native, crypto-product, or digital-assets company, with practical knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure, and transaction flows. Candidates should have experience managing multiple teams, ideally totaling 50 or more people, improving business performance, and leading cross-functional projects; English and fintech experience are also specified.
