Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Trading Firm

About the role

Lead day-to-day global engineering operations, including delivery cadence, budgets, talent development, vendor relationships, and regulatory execution. Drive trading platform consolidation and shared data capabilities, and represent the CTO with executives, the Board, and external partners. Requires extensive senior engineering leadership experience across global, multi-division organizations, including low-latency trading systems, digital assets, and large-scale platform consolidation. Candidates should have experience with regulated environments, security and compliance execution, organizational growth and M&A integration, and serving as an operational deputy to a CTO or technical founder.
